[Ovmsdev] SIM808/SIM908 GPS accuracy

The 908 reports a bit more resolution than the 808. I think the extra info is well in the position margin of error, but I modified the SIM908 implementation slightly to include it.

I have tested both variants using gcc and everything looks ok. I’ll try looking at the MPLab simulator, but I’ll also get it into the vehicle and try the complete system.
