[Ovmsdev] Tracking lists

Last milestone for the hardware is the SD CARD issue we have been struggling with. Last update from Espressif was on Saturday:

> Hi, I've checked with my colleagues and they have designed a small breakout board for this use case, with WROOM-32, external flash chip, and SD card. The board should be back from the fab on Monday morning, they will do a test and let you know the result.


I tried some microscope work over the weekend, to remove the metal shield from WROOM-32 module, de-solder the 4MB flash, and re-solder our 16MB flash. Failed miserably. It all looked ok, and connections seem good, but flash can’t be detected. It seems we are close to identification of the cause of the problem, but stuck waiting for result from Espressif side.

On the firmware side, all major components are in place. Only real outstanding issue is the modem/wifi connection reliability. Also auto-OTA flash from the SD card (when the hardware SD card issue is resolved).
