[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3 - Microcontroller

Ahh finally I can get on this project again.  

My OVMS v1 has refused to function properly for the past few years and I have been waiting for a major update of the module to get back into this. Can see on my installed app that you are still using my old graphics and the same app icon that we settled on a few years ago….. at least for the iOS app.  I have been toying with a more universal look and feel and will give it a little push before I show the ideas to see if there is traction for a graphical change for v3….
