Server version 2.3.1:
- password encoding config (db/pw_encode)
- HTTP API timeout config (server/timeout_api)
- HTTP API /status & /charge output extended by new protocol values
- protocol messages added to history (if log history enabled)
- complete config template

The storage of protocol messages S,D,L,F,W in the history table enables
for example simple download of GPS tracks also for non-Twizy.

The password function configuration allows integration into other
systems than drupal, it works as an eval template:

# example: salting with secret salt & sha256 hashing:
pw_encode=unpack("H*", sha256($password . "my_secret_salt_string"))
