[Ovmsdev] Android update 3.6.1

Version 3.6.1:

- Added user info to charge alert dialog init
- ETR formatting in HH:MM
- Added some optical candy to ETR display
- Resized range text displays for small display
- Fixed missing ETR request on resuming view
