[Ovmsdev] Firmware 2.7.1 / Android 3.8.1

As Testflight have cancelled their Android support yesterday (great 
timing...), here's the next update removing all Testflight dependencies:

Version 3.8.2:

     - Fixed trip & odometer processing
     - Added odometer display on car fragment
     - Layout improvements

     - Testflight removed (Android support cancelled yesterday)
     - Fixed database bug on charge plug config

Note: you'll need the framework update on other cars as well to get 
correct odometer display if using km units.

And of course you need the framework update to be able to send SMS 
commands via App.
