[Ovmsdev] sourcing SIM908 in China

Mark, thanks a ton for that info. We are now looking into sourcing the
SIM808 and figuring out what circuitry needs to be changed. The first thing
I notice is that the SIM808 module doesn't have the tiny uFL connectors for
the antennae, so we'll add those to the board.
