[Ovmsdev] Free OVMS Hardware For UK EV Owners - Update

Happy to report that we have now shipped four Ampera/Volt Kits to new OVMS
users :-)

I still have the following OVMS hardware available for free in the UK
(subject to ZCW donation) thanks in part to Paul Churchley who kindly
donated two OVMS kits to ZCW;
