[Ovmsdev] Issue with Open Chargemap on iOS, newest Xcode and SDK

Hi,

I've submitted a pull request with a fix: 
https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-iOS/pull/17

The API call was accidentally fetching a POI list instead of the OCM 
reference data, also iOS 9 no longer allows simple http calls and 
requires HTTPS.
