[Ovmsdev] Broken pipes

Thanks for installing the fix, all scripts now work without
disconnecting the Apps.

Btw: my Edimax smart plug script inspired another user to create a
version for the Homematic system, he gave his OK to include that as well.

It's now located under "client/homematic". It also checks the GPS
location and automatically switches the charge plug on when the car
comes home.

Coupling the OVMS with home automation systems is really easy and adds a
lot of geek value ;-)
