[Ovmsdev] OVMS v2 stock / OVMS v3

Mark,

a user from the german Twizy forum suggests crowd funding to accelerate
V3 development.

I don't know if that really accelerates anything in this case, but it
could take the burden of pre-financing V3 development & first badges
from your shoulders.

Problem is funding from users who expect their Kia/Zoe/Smart/... to be
supported, without any developer working on that...

Anyway, just wanted to forward the idea.
