[Ovmsdev] Twizy Trip sms report

Thankyou Michael. I just sow the 3.3.1 changelog yesterday night and made a
post on the Italian forum. And yes, manual is missing the feature (the
tesla manual appendix reports feature 10 as n/a).
Btw can we provide a single documentation for installation and basic
commands?
