[Ovmsdev] Just up and running with OVMS (leaf)

Thanks.. it didn't seem to work, so I figured I'd reset via the programmer
- then for some reason pc originally used wouldn't work. All
reflashed/reset ok now via laptop, I don't know the mplab sw well but
suspect something's amiss with the drivers. Still I'm run out of time today
and at least it's all configured correctly now (type NL) and I've proven
ability to build. So a decent start before launching into the code. Not
tried debugging yet. Thanks for the tips. Close shave this afternoon ;-)
