[Ovmsdev] Firmware 2.6.5

Thanks Mark.  I think I'll try re-flashing the firmware when the car gets home later this week.  Besides the COOLDOWN garbage, which has reappeared, I saw some obvious misreporting of battery SOC (44 then 33 then 80 - which was correct, all in the space of an hour).   I also might be experiencing a problem with the connector which seemed a little sensitive to position last time I had OVMS out of the car for programming.
