[Ovmsdev] CAN ID Roadster

[Tom Saxton]

I believe this file has info on all of the Tesla Roadster CAN messages the
community has documented.

/vehicle/Car Module/TeslaRoadster/teslaroadster_canbusnotes.txt

I think that plus the Roadster vehicle C file is the best known source of
information.
