[Ovmsdev] Twizy ideas

Hi
After the release of the 3.3.0 version is now possible to lock unlock the
car by reducing max speed.
Would be nice if (by feature enabling)  ovms could handle automatic lock
each time car is parked, forcing an unlock by the app.
Maybe Can be an app feature.
