[Ovmsdev] Twizy45 testing needed

Well, 11km run, with a few higher speed portions.
Achieves illegal speeds swiftly ! (I'll put it back to normal)

RAMPS/SMOOTHING combo kicks, literally.

Actually, when putting the power on, you can hear a "knock" sound, like 
if the motor made a x° rotation to sync in some position, but I could be 
wrong.

At low speeds, pushing or releasing the accelerator is immediate 
followed by the expected behavior, making the car rock a bit.

Range seems affected, no massively but there is a difference, of course, 
will have to see that over time, plus it was freezing.
