[Ovmsdev] EMC / CE certificate + Fasttech SimpleConsole?

I've got only 11 pre-orders up to now, and stalled. So I guess that's 
about it, not necessary to bother Fasttech. As usual, more talking than 
doing.

Uwe Jöckle (the creator of the Twizplay, also OVMS user and the one who 
EM-tested the OVMS) currently offers to build SimpleConsoles. His 
version will use industry components, and being manufactured in small 
numbers will be priced around 50-60 Euro + shipping. At least 9 of my 11 
pre-orders will buy his version as a fallback.

He's currently building a prototype and will post results in the forum.
