[Ovmsdev] Units In the iOS app

Ok, very cool, thanks!

I notice that the chargers shown on the map are only those "within range"
but there seems to be some sort of fudge-factor. My range I showing as
68mi, but I know there is a charger 60mi away and it does not show up. The
inner red circle seems to be the limit and it is quite a lot less than
68mi. Is the fudge-factor adjustable?
