[Ovmsdev] OVMS CAN-USB Call for Assistance

I'd say that the best choice is the SN65HVD233, but both in the OVMS
and in the USB-CAN converter we already have 5V for the modem and from
the USB, so we don't save an LDO.It should be just a matter of price
in the end.
