[Ovmsdev] Model S

I tried sniffing the can bus on a Model S a while ago, but I couldn't get
anything. It was a quick test so I didn't investigate any further, but the
obd port looked pretty standard. I tried different CAN speeds but couldn't
get any data, and I didn't have my scope with me...
