[Ovmsdev] i-Miev/C-Zero/iOn

I have a Open EVSE charger at home. And it is set to 16A. But this can be
wrong, I have not measured the duty-cycle myself. Maybe I should do that
one day:-)

Matt: I can change the settings to 16A and send you a new hex file tomorrow?
