[Ovmsdev] How to indicate rapid/quick charge

No standard way. I guess we could introduce a new charge mode, but we'd need to co-ordinate that with the apps.

For the moment, I think it best to just update the amps and volts displayed. I know the Tesla Model S shows a quickcharge (aka supercharge) as 255A.
