[Ovmsdev] 12.5 Volt warning... Volt.

Hi Mark, 

Great. I haven’t see the battery drop below that 12.5 volts position, and in the past two days it’s not gone below 12.7 but has still triggered the warning. 

As always, if you want to look at my server logs, feel free.
