[Ovmsdev] Strange Twizy Message.

Hi Nikki,

not sure yet, I also had this effect once short before charge end.

I assumed it was some kind of RAM corruption as I had other RAM effects 
around then too.

Btw, the alert values are deviations, i.e. "SD" = standard deviation and 
"+4075mV" would mean cell 1 is 4.075 V above average -- that's of course 
nonsense.

You can query the values using the "BATT V" and "BATT T" SMS commands, 
and you can reset by "BATT R". Could be useful if you fetch the BattPack 
and BattCell history msgs before and send them to me.
