[Ovmsdev] Open Vehicle 3.2.1 (20131211) is now available

Hmm, after using the last two links you sent I'm now a member of the 
"Open Vehicles" and "Android Testers" teams, but there are no apps 
available.?.. (tried both compatible and noncompatible).
More tricks up your sleeve? :)
