[Ovmsdev] Problems with Ampera setup…

Beware....

The OVMS I recently bought had the internal GPRS switch set to "disable"
when it arrived - took me ages to figure out why I had SMS but no GPRS.

Also, I think that the UK setting for the GeoSIM is not the same as the US
(global) - I think it is "Prime", but not 100% sure.
