[Ovmsdev] App messages stopped

Mark,
yes, fix confirmed, messages get through again.
The huge message list was no problem up to now, but I guess it will just
keep growing if we let it ;-)
So an automatic expire would be good. Time should be configurable, I'd
like to keep 3 months for example.
