[Ovmsdev] SOC MAX figure?

Nikki,

great to finally have a real tester giving qualified feedback :-)

You found a documentation bug. The SOC min+max values are indeed those 
of the charge cycle, only min+max voltages and temperatures are based on 
the power cycle.

...fixed.
