Sorry to hear that.
I've had my 12v (motorcycle style) battery replaced a couple of years ago, tho no explanation other than "they go bad"
Note, I believe you can conveniently use your ovms app to lock/unlock the doors.
Regards,
Richard

Hi,
Car is back.It is NOT the 12V Battery. Is is a broken driver door switch. It has a short circuit. They think this drains the battery. Now waiting for the spare part. But in the meantime i can drive. Only the drive door knob doesn't work. Outside switch to look and unlook when FOB is near.

Urgh, what is it with these little 12v batteries in EVs? There must be a better way.
I've now heard of these problems in Nissan Leafs, Tesla Roadsters, Twizzies, Volt/Amperas, and Tesla Model S's.
Hope it gets fixed quickly for you.
Regards, Mark.Hi,
not in the Moment. Car is in the repair shop. Electronic and/or 12V Batterie Problem.
A few days ago the car was dead. 12Volt Line shows 5.5V.
Bye
