2) Simyo Prepaid (network:KPN NL)
3) $ 3 (contains $3 prepaid balance) or
$ 16 (contains $22 prepaid balance)
4) nothing
5) $ 1.27 per MB ( 7 cent per day), SMS is $ 0.13
6) Yes, and if not there are others with similar prices
7) order online www.simyo.nl
$ 22 prepaid balance lasted more then a year.
