Rens,

Should alert when SOC falls below that level (so long as car has network connectivity).

> So this brings me to my question is there a way we can log or export the charging and consumption data by means of the OVMS application? This would make it easier to gather the statistics. I am also interested if someone has information or an explanation for the result I am measuring.

This is something I'm working on. Getting the car to send its charge and drive logs to the server, and from there to the apps / export.

> One last question: could you explain the social group option within OVMS? Is this a way that other OVMS drivers could share their data?

You can set a social group in the car module. If set, then the car will broadcast its location, speed, SOC, etc to that social group once every ten minutes.

More than one car can report to the same social group. Anyone who knows the name of the group can view the location information of all the cars in the group.

Currently, this is supported in the car module, Android map, and KML export. iPhone App support is coming soon.

Regards, Mark.

My feeling is this is quite high, but I have not much data to compare this.
