I've made a small revision to the firmware for upcoming 1.3.1.

For the MODULE, SERVER and GPRS SMS commands, rather than just replying "Parameters set...", reply with the detailed setting (MODULE?, SERVER?, GPRS?).

It seems to work nicely and gives you a good confirmation of the setting that you just changed. This is instead of the old "Parameters set..." message.

P.S. Bennett: Not sure if the manual needs to be updated to reflect this - can you check? Or, is this a bad idea?
