[Ovmsdev] sprintf / crashes

Mark,

just checked in the sprintf removal work for the last remaining places. 
I had a stack crash from "GPRS?" just after my last mail, so I decided 
to do this now.

Code size went down 3%. Not that much, but nice to have.
